Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Ability to work with many customers to provide total solutions.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Basic computer skills: open/save/send files and MS Word.
• Ability to collaborate in a high paced retail environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a cooperative manner.
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move supplies in 10–50 lb range and stand/walk continually.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (shipping, etc.).
