Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead.
• Lifting up to 5 lbs regularly; occasional 32–50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, hearing equipment.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; glove use may be required.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer calls while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts in the Donor Information System and coordinate compensation.
• Support center operations and identify process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
