Qualifications

• 1-3 years payroll or payroll administration experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems (e.g., Banner, Workday, ADP).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processing schedules and review payroll data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Input, maintain, and audit employee payroll records, including multi-state tax setups, earnings, and deductions.
• Support payroll system configuration, updates, testing, troubleshooting, and user access management.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll procedures, records, and documentation.
• Organize and maintain payroll records for internal and external audits.
• Assist with compliance activities, including multi-state payroll tax documentation, state registrations, and year-end processes (e.g., W-2).
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and assist with payroll forms and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and IT teams to support efficient payroll operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
