Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in Fort Worth, TX. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapist Assistant license in good standing (state-specific).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and functional mobility.
• Observe and report patient responses, progress, and changes in condition.
