Job summary

Cantex is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Home Health settings. This role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized care plans, and enhancing patient independence with daily living activities.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited occupational therapy degree, a current state-specific license, and experience in similar settings. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing (state-specific).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments focused on ADLs, IADLs, cognition, strength, and coordination.
• Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA/COTA).
