Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in Linden, Michigan is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our therapy team.

We offer flexible part-time or PRN scheduling and a supportive, therapist-owned environment focused on delivering quality patient care in a collaborative setting. You will work under a licensed OT, help patients improve daily living skills and mobility, and document progress while coordinating with the team for positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Document treatments and communicate patient updates to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
