Kj’s Market is seeking a part-time front-end associate to support sales, cash handling, and guest services. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accuracy in cash handling, and dependable teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing cash deposits, and maintaining front-end operations while supporting a No Noticeable Wait policy for guests. Weekend availability and physical stamina are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting.
• Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Cash Related Activities
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Handle and oversee cashier-related tasks and guest services.
• Ensure daily cash counts are accurate.
• Process guest needs such as money orders and stamps.
• Process returned checks according to policy.
• Cash Office Security and fund integrity.
• Maintain supplies for front end and cash office.
• Monitor Operator Activity Report and audits.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule for guest service levels.
• Process guest orders to ensure No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
