Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
- Active, unrestricted state APRN license required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
- Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling and coordination of care with other professionals.
- Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
- Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments.
