Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in Crossville, AL and surrounding areas, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and report via a mobile app, with travel between sites. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour. Training is provided and benefits include 401(k) with company match and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via mobile app.
• Build relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
