Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations across the Athens, AL area. You will stock shelves, update displays, and perform audits while communicating with store personnel and your District Manager. No experience required, virtual training provided.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible local market schedule. Early wage access and 401(k) with company match are also offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
