Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned territory, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role involves independent work, updating planograms, audits, and reporting via mobile app.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible local scheduling, and virtual training support. No experience required; company-provided training and ongoing support are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
