Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area. This part-time role focuses on keeping shelves stocked, displays updated, and client standards met.

You will travel between locations, complete audits and reports via a mobile app, and build strong relationships with store personnel. No prior merchandising experience required; training provided. The route typically averages 5–10 hours per week with flexible scheduling in your local market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
