Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the assigned territory. You will stock shelves, update displays, and complete audits while reporting via mobile app. Travel within the market is required, with the flexibility to manage a local schedule.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and early wage access. No experience required—virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
