Job summary

Footprint Solutions in Texas is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to service retail locations within your assigned area and ensure products and displays meet client standards. You will work independently in stores and communicate with your District Manager as needed.

The position offers starting pay of $13.00 per hour, travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, and a flexible local schedule with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
