Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the Odessa, TX area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role involves stocking shelves, updating displays, audits, store resets, and reporting via a mobile app.

Ideal candidates are 18+, reliable, with strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling within the territory. Previous merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and or email.
• Ability to report via a mobile device with accuracy and timeliness.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
