Job summary

Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the assigned territory, ensuring displays meet client standards. This role involves stocking shelves, updating planograms, conducting audits, and reporting via mobile app.

You will work independently in stores, building relationships with store personnel and district management. Route typically averages 5 hours per week, with some areas at 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
