Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations within the assigned territory, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and complete audits with reports submitted via a mobile app.

The role requires independence, reliability, and strong communication. Route hours typically range from 5 to 10 hours weekly in local markets, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise
• Update planograms and product displays
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assist with store refreshes and resets
• Apply security tags and labels
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app
• Build professional relationships with store staff
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores
