Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience or more.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles (if applicable).
• State/county license preferred for security roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and report observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
