Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at healthcare-related locations and parking areas.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and credential requirements per site procedures.
Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security concerns per reporting procedures.
