Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years verifiable maintenance experience.
• Experience in condominium, HOA, or commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or facility cleaning services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common areas.
• Perform routine inspections of residential units and common areas.
• Assist vendors and provide access to units during service visits.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain HVAC and lighting systems.
