Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Rotating Industry Integrated Supervisor to support individuals in vocational rehabilitation and training. This part-time role offers flexible hours, on-site work with trainees, and supervision across multiple host sites to help participants grow in employment opportunities.

Responsibilities include supervising trainees, enforcing site policies, and documenting progress, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package including paid

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess and maintain a current driver's license.
• Able to bend, twist, lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support individuals with special needs in vocational training at host sites.
• Follow CPARC/CIT and host site policies and procedures.
• Represent CPARC professionally in attire and conduct.
• Work on-site with trainees during scheduled shifts and adapt to site routines.
• Consult daily with site managers to assess assignments, schedules and needs.
• Train, supervise and support trainees using individualized methods and coping strategies.
• Monitor and document participant performance, progress and attendance.
• Maintain all required records, reports and off-site manuals.
