BuddiesHR is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate to visit local retailers weekly, scan product barcodes, and collect data using a mobile app. The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and the ability to handle routine store tasks within a dynamic schedule.

Daily tasks include completing display scanning, meeting deadlines, and occasional Custom Projects, with full scheduling details reviewed during interviews. A valid driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver\'s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and self-motivated.
• Must have reliable Wi-Fi access and be tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned local retailers weekly to scan barcodes in displays and aisles using a mobile app.
• Collect data and provide quantities for a portion of products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store weekly; can take several hours.
• Join Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store during peak weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to support client data delivery and integrity.
