Allied Universal is looking for a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Hospital Immunization Patrol in Summerville, SC. This role offers reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position emphasizes customer service, safety procedures, and incident response, with a base pay of $18.00 per hour. Ideal candidates will have healthcare experience, be 18+ and able to work in a hospital setting, including the morgue.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to receive vaccines required for work in a hospital.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Must have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical‑related field.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and follow facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities and parking areas.
• Monitor access points, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, report unusual conditions.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to leadership.
