Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Flex Hospital Access Control in Fullerton, CA. You will provide on-site security for a healthcare setting, manage access points, and respond to incidents according to site procedures. The position offers flexible hours with opportunities to add shifts and grow within the company.

Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. Schedule includes Day Time and Saturday/Sunday shifts with anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts via the

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Applicants will be subject to background investigation and drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activity per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities to identify hazards and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management in line with site policies.
• Write clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal.
