Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team in Providence, RI. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, enabling you to provide expert, patient-centered care while achieving a healthy work/life balance.

The position requires graduation from a CAPTE-approved program and current state licensure. You'll perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants while enjoying benefits such as medical insurance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in state and CPR certification required.
• Two (2) years of experience in adult occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatments based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team and family.
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of services.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in patient care.
