Job summary

Adoration Health is looking for a passionate Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team in Providence, RI. Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in State; CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among treatment teams and family members.
• Document services for proper billing.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care.
