Summit is hiring a Part-Time Home Health Caregiver to support clients in Minnesota with ADLs, companionship, and home-based care. This day-shift role offers flexible schedules, including weekends, and the chance to make a real difference in clients' daily lives.

You'll travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius, provide bathing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility assistance, and communicate with a care team to ensure safe, respectful care. Prior CNA or caregiving experience is required.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving or active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with ADLs like dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
• Perform personal care visits (including bathing and hygiene) as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about any changes or concerns.
• Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required!
