Job summary

Summit is hiring a Daytime In-Home Caregiver – Part-Time (HHA / CNA) in Bloomington, MN. This role offers flexible shifts and weekend options, with hourly pay of $20–$22 plus $32–$34 per visit for bathing/showering.

You will provide in-home care, assist with ADLs, and offer companionship to clients. Ideal candidates have 1 year of caregiving experience or an active CNA license, own transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs like dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
• Perform personal care visits (including bathing and hygiene) as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about any changes or concerns.
• Travel to client homes within a 35-mile radius is required!
