Job summary

Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC (Acme Street) in Green Bay, WI is hiring for General Production - Fabrication (Part-Time). This role supports a fast-paced meat processing plant, performing a variety of tasks from boning to trimming and packing under strict safety standards.

Eligible candidates must be 18+, able to work in US without sponsorship, and complete required training (SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, food defense). Shift planning is used to sign up for available positions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in varied temperatures and around moving equipment with PPE.
• Must have access to the internet; Shift Planning used to sign up for positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a cold, wet, or damp environment.
• Use hook, knife, saw, band saw or other equipment to prepare standard or premium meat cuts for processing or packaging.
• Perform physical tasks with upper body strength and repetitive movements.
• Stand on hard surfaces; PPE required in all areas.
• Follow food safety policies and safety procedures; maintain a strong safety culture.
