Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Fort Collins is hiring part-time Event Staff to support daily operations at sports venues and events. You will assist with ticketing, usher guests, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities to earn a reliable secondary income. Previous experience is not required, but strong communication and a professional attitude are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; may need Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry, ticket verification and crowd flow.
• Explain policies of venues; ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Provide directions and assistance to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests.
