Responsibilities include assisting in event day setup, directing foot traffic, and ensuring a positive guest experience while adhering to venue policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in event day preparation and execution.
• Direct traffic and assist guests entering the venue; collect/scan tickets and verify wristbands.
• Provide friendly, helpful directions to enhance guests' experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper conduct in designated areas.
