Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; Driver’s Record check may be required.
• Professional, articulate and able to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct foot traffic, collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands/badges.
• Greet guests warmly, provide directions and information.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Ensure guests have a positive, safe experience.
