Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver supplies, mail, and medical records across campuses.
• Handle inactive documents, furniture, and equipment as requested.
• Respond to stat requests and coordinate with Manager for vehicle maintenance.
• Receive, sort, deliver, and pickup interoffice mail and faxes.
• Retrieve lab and x-ray reports and route to physicians.
• Relay stat requests to drivers and complete other assigned duties.
