Specialized Dental Partners' Cobb Corner Endodontics is seeking a friendly Part-Time Dental Receptionist to greet patients, schedule, answer calls, and assist with billing and insurance. You will help maintain a welcoming front desk and ensure smooth patient flow.

The role offers under 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Previous dental office experience is a plus, but training is provided. You’ll work in a supportive team committed to patient care and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental office experience a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
