Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately, ensuring on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe/work).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
