Professional Transportation Inc. in Bakersfield, CA is hiring part-time Crew Transport Drivers. Starting pay is $17.24 per hour.

No CDL required; you will drive a company-provided passenger vehicle to transport railroad crew members between yards and hotels, with training provided. This role offers flexibility, paid training, a company vehicle and fuel, health plan options, paid vacation, and a chance to contribute to keeping America’s railroad moving.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members.
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center.
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time.
• Open and close vehicle doors for passengers.
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns.
