Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an OT.
• Help residents improve safety, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and goals.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with OTs, nursing, and other therapy team members.
