Job summary

AMIkids Family Services in Montgomery, AL seeks a part-time Clinical Admissions Coordinator to conduct intake, orientation, and clinical assessments for youth, collaborating with families and treatment providers. Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree in a social services discipline ( Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field).
• At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health treatment.
• State-approved license in Clinical Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate intake/orientation for youth, possibly in homes, community settings, or AMIkids offices.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and share findings with youth, family, and care givers.
• Maintain documentation of eligibility, authorizations, and discharge notifications in electronic health records.
