Aoka is seeking a City Planner to join our Houston area team on a part-time basis. The role covers urban planning, zoning, subdivision review, and community development while coordinating with stakeholders and city staff.

Responsabilités

• Perform technical planning tasks including rezoning, annexation, and master plan reviews.
• Review applications for consistency with city plans and policies.
• Conduct site layout and architectural analyses.
• Coordinate reviews with applicants, staff, consultants, and the public.
• Maintain accurate records for Planning Division cases.
• Prepare staff reports with findings and recommendations.
• Respond to public inquiries on zoning and land development.
• Support additional planning and community development tasks as needed.
