Job summary

The Center for Transforming Lives is seeking a Part-time Drop-In Floater in Fort Worth, TX to support safe, welcoming child care and register families accurately. This role supports the agency’s early learning goals and aligns with Texas standards in Birth to 10 years old.

The Floater will supervise children, implement age-appropriate activities, communicate effectively with families and staff, and work up to 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with adults.
• Working knowledge of child development and early childhood education.
• Ability to incorporate creativity in classroom activities.

Responsibilities
