Job summary

Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians in Auburn, MA to design and deliver life-changing ABA care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. Earn $22.80–$30.59 per hour with flexible part-time options and comprehensive training.

Enjoy paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and ongoing professional development while collaborating with Lead BTs and supervisors to support families and progress toward BCBA goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within drive radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Commitment to a 3:30-6:30pm or 4-7pm shift schedule, with common schedules including M-F or M/W/F.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Commit to a 2:30-6:30pm orientation schedule during your first two weeks at Cortica.
