Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join a compassionate team delivering ABA services to children with neurodevelopmental differences in Milton, MA. The role offers a $23.62–$31.69/hour pay range with 5-day full-time or flexible part-time schedules, plus opportunities to add Saturday hours.

Employees receive comprehensive onboarding, BCAT exam review, mileage and drive-time reimbursement, and benefits for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; support available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting.
