Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer flexible part-time schedules and a comprehensive 2-week in-person orientation.

This role includes 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles. Join a team that emphasizes growth, progressive ABA approaches, and collaboration with BCBA and therapy partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
