Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in California. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, and have opportunities to enroll in complimentary RBT training to advance your career.

Roles include flexible scheduling, travel if needed, and a growth pathway toward becoming an RBT.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
