Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home, school, and community-based ABA services in Passaic County, Wayne, NJ. Flexible hourly schedule and in-home/community settings offer meaningful, client-centered care.

You will develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, collaborate with families, and mentor RBTs/BTs while maintaining high ethical standards and ongoing professional development in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable supervision & mentorship of RBTs and BTs.
• Committed to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a center-based clinical environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity of treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
