Connections for Kids in Fairfield, ME is seeking a Community Behavioral Support Specialist. The role is part-time with after-school hours and requires travel to a wide service area in Kennebec and Somerset counties to support children and adolescents.

You will provide behavioral and independent skills coaching in home and community settings, partnering with a program coordinator to help clients achieve success and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Work in home and community of a child or adolescent with autism or cognitive impairment to provide support.
• Deliver behavioral and independent skills coaching and a path to success.
