DirectDental seeks an Associate Dentist for the White Center area of Seattle, WA, offering a flexible part-time schedule (3 days/week) and a competitive compensation package. The role features a $800 daily minimum for the first 90 days, followed by a $700 daily minimum plus 31% of adjusted production, plus a $1,000 CE stipend.

Formación

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from CODA-accredited dental school.
• Current Washington State dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosis.
• Treatment planning and case presentation.
• Preventive and restorative dentistry.
• Fillings and treatment of dental decay.
• Treatment of cracked and fractured teeth.
• Root canal therapy.
• Extractions and appropriate surgical procedures.
• Diagnosis and treatment of oral disease.
• X-rays and diagnostic interpretation.
• Local anesthesia and appropriate sedation.
• Dental appliance planning.
• Patient education and oral hygiene instruction.
• Post-treatment and aftercare.
• Appropriate medication prescribing.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Providing exceptional patient-centered care.
