Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience.
• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the time of employment.
• Additional licenses and certifications as applicable, including CPR, DEA, NPI.

• Work with a predominantly PPO patient base.
