Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $300,000+ per year depending on experience, plus full benefits. Schedule flexibility includes both FT and PT tracks, with a standard Monday–Friday work week and strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required (not open to new graduates).
• Interest in purchasing and transitioning into ownership of the practice.
