Job summary

Destination Dental in Topeka, KS, seeks a Part‑Time Associate Dentist to join a private practice team. Work two days weekly (Tue/Wed, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.), with flexibility for additional two days as the practice grows.

Compensation: $800/day guaranteed or 30% of adjusted net production, whichever is higher, with potential for partnership. Two-year growth path, supportive team, and modern technology such as CBCT and intraoral scanners.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with Kansas license or eligibility.
• Proficient in restorative dentistry: fillings, crowns and bridges.
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and hygiene checks.
• Provide general dentistry, including fillings, crown and bridge.
• Develop honest, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on complex cases.
• Follow licensing, safety and compliance requirements.
